possible malware site? download.dlackware.com

Update: Visited the root domain after posting, sort of a semi-fork. Sorry about the overreact, but domain typos are getting to be a common security issue. Mods: delete ok, I don't know how.

Stumbled across download.dlackware.com with what appears to be a partial mirror ('d' and 's' keys are adjacent on US keyboard).

Cheers,

A quick search on this forum gives the answer. dlackware or gnome3 + pam + systemd on top of Slackware is a project from Bart van der Hal aka bartgymnast, see https://github.com/Dlackware.

Please do not insult Bart's work. He's done a lot of R&D with packages that may never get officially into the main tree with substantial results, of which a few of then have been contributed back into Slackware to advance the system.

You may not find them favorable, but leave it at that.

Please do not misrepresent other people's arguments, that is called a strawman. It seems obvious that OldHolborn did not intend any insult at Bart, but rather at Poettering and other systemd, pam or gnome3 developers. If you're going to single someone out, at least do it right!
