nxclient keyboard shortcuts

Dear fellow slackers,
I have installed nxclient-3.5.0_7-x86_64 and freenx-0.7.3-x86_64 on top of Slackware64-14.0. It runs ok, but I am at a loss with keyboard commands.
For example, the arrow keys do not work, to run the previous command in a terminal one has to issue Ctrl+p instead of simply UP arrow. Where could I get some review of the basic nxclient desktop navigation commands? Most interesting for me is how to substitute the arrow keys. I found this, but what they say there, that Ctrl+Alt+Arrow should work, does not.

Best regards,
Martin

it's a bug on some setups

as nomachine switched licenses to not being opensource anymore with version 4 I'm not interested in updating their stuff, but you can try if this solves
