no rule to make target

[QUOTE=12345]Hmm that's the problem, when I type "make" the error shows up.

You should first download the uncompiled version of wpa_supplicant(from hostap.epitest.fi/wpa_supplicant, for example. Then do

tar xzvf wpa_supplicat.xxx.tar.gz
cd wpa_supplicant/
cp RT61_Linux_STA_Drvxxx/WPA_Supplicant/driver_ralink.* .
cp RT61_Linux_STA_Drvxxx/WPA_Supplicant/defconfig .
cp RT61_Linux_STA_Drvxxx/WPA_Supplicant/drivers.c .
cp RT61_Linux_STA_Drvxxx/WPA_Supplicant/Makefile .
cp defconfig .config
make

This will produce the appropriate binaries "wpa_supplicant", "wpa_cli" and "wpa_passphrase" that you must copy to /usr/sbin

cp wpa_cli /usr/sbin
cp wpa_passphrase /usr/sbin
cp wpa_supplicant /usr/sbin

Then configure /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf

network={
ssid="MyNet"
proto=WPA
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
pairwise=TKIP
group=TKIP
psk="My_passphrase"

and start wpa_supplicant

wpa_supplicant -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -ira0 -Dralink -B

After this, configure inet and start dhcp.

This worked to me on a fc5.

Good luck!
