Need new motherboard :)


Does slack10.1 detect any motherboard SATA hardware?? If so what mobo should I look at that I wont have any problems installing with

Currently running a nforce4 with sata hard drive on Slack10.1.
The motherboard : DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 ULTRA-D

Did slack setup with no problem, or need some fiddeling with?

Pretty much as planned, the only things I didn't use were the on-board sound (have an old c-media card which stills sounds great) and never bothered setting up the second lan port. I did upgrade to a 2.6 kernel(2.6.11.5) but 2.4 installed fine(using sata.o kernel). Heck even got acpi working
