I dont have the option to make root drive bigger. I guess i could back up and reformat my home drive with a usr partition, i just thought there would be another way.
everything in usr/share is there. Although, im reading you should use rsync and not mv.

Yea, its definitely mounting late in the boot cycle.
It does boot, but there are anomolies, like icons missing. I just figured i cant be the first person to run out of space and instead of buying a new drive , simply move a folder.
