I have a ISDN modem and using pppsetup in Slackware 8.1 and can't get connection.
with debug in /etc/ppp/options
root@pc1:/# ppp-go
root@pc1:/# serial connection established
Using interface ppp0
Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/ttyS0
(8 lines how loke like this)
[LCP ConfReq id=0*1 <asyncmap 0*0> <magic 0*22ec6735> <pcomp> <accomp>]
modem hangup
Connection terminated
What to do?
