Very nice web site, Nicolas, good job. While browsing it I only noticed a few minor issues.
After going to the file tree (www.microlinux.fr/microlinux/), either through the "File tree" and the "Fichiers" menu entries, when I want to go back to the main web site through the "Parent Directory" link of the root page I end up in microlinux.fr instead. Perhaps this is what you intended, however I couldn't find a link back to microlinux.eu in the "MLED" section of microlinux.fr: as far as I could see they are all pointing to microlinux.fr. Perhaps it might be a good idea to point the "MLED" menu entries of microlinux.fr, as well as the "Parent Directory" link of the file tree's root page (www.microlinux.fr/microlinux/), directly to microlinux.eu?
Also, the following "Slackware Linux" links in the "MLED" section of the right-hand columns, as well as in the first paragraphs of index.php and index_fr.php, are broken:
Thanks for reporting that. Initially this was all just one single site, and I'm currently splitting it up. I corrected the two dead links on microlinux.eu, but I have yet to rewrite microlinux.fr and either get rid of all MLED-related stuff or (better) make some automatic redirections.
I just installed MLED on a VM to take a look and I have to say, that is a pretty sharp looking setup. Just a few minor tweaks for my personal taste (Terminus font and black background in the Terminal app, then a touch of transparency to the top panel). It's great to see good visual design you've assembled along side the good technical design of Slackware.
Indeed, nothing will change for you. If you create another user, this user will get Plank as default dock, but of course, starting from there, you're free to remove it and configure Xfce as you wish.
Is there a way to treat slackpkg so that "slackpkg install-new" install recently added packages to mled repository same as slackware packages?
I found out that just upgrading installed mled packages is possible by slackpkg
I never tried that. But here's what you can do to hunt down missing packages:
Code:
# slackpkg search microlinux-desktop
This will search for all the packages defined in the [microlinux-desktop] repository (check out /etc/slackpkg/slackpkgplus.conf for details) and list them as well as their status, either "Installed" or "Not installed". If you want all the packages from this repository (which is recommended, if not downright mandatory), you can fetch them with a simple:
Code:
# slackpkg install microlinux-desktop
On a side note: I'm aware that your country has some severe restrictions to accessing online repos. If you have no luck with microlinux.fr/microlinux, try the mirror at slackware.org.uk/microlinux.
Being a fan of MLED, I would like to see a possibility for off-line install; if this is currently not possible, it should be noted (e.g, here: http://www.microlinux.eu/index.php#hardware) that a working network is required.

Fortunately mled is not among restricted repos. However regarding distance between France and Iran, the connection is not speedy.

It is possible and is my preferred way to install mled. Just collect the whole desktop repository on your slackware system and run "upgradepkg --reinstall --install-new *.t?z" command within it's directory. You can remove additional slackware packages according to mled tagfiles later.
Feeling mildly adventurous? Why not take the upcoming MLED 14.2 for a test drive?
That is definitely on my list of things to do as some of my machines are too new for 14.1. However as basic things like unrar are still missing compared to MLED 14.1 it to me looked too much like this was still in the early stages, which was why I was putting it off.
As it is hard to tell from your development pdf. How close to finished is 14.2 in terms of the additional packages installed compared to 14.1? Or is this the planned list of packages you plan to go with once current becomes 14.2?

I've added it to the requirements. But I've also added a section about the possibility of an offline installation.

Just tell me what's your most important stuff, and I'll add it first, since I don't really have any priorities.
Just this morning I've been rethinking the Development PDF. I don't think it's really necessary, since MLED's development process is very much inspired by Slackware, e. g. it's ready when it's ready. This being said, I have an unofficial TODO list in a series of Gnote postings on my workstation, and my usual workflow consists in adding whatever packages and/or functionality I feel like, until the whole thing is eventually finished. I guess I'm just not a roadmap kind of person. Roadmaps aren't fun. And I tend to take the word "deadline" literally. Line of death.
