Loosing my sanity over Alcatel 330

Hi everyone.
I've got a alcatel speedtouch 330 silver edition that I cant make it connect to the internet.

Tryied this, this, some LQ threads and still nothing...

So, maybe i should start from the beginning.
Here's what I know:
For my country (Portugal) the VPI/VCI are 0 35 and ATM protocol PPPoE/Bridging according to linux-usb

What I don't know:
What kernel modules do I need and the packages to make this work?
What tutorial should I follow?

Any help would be apreciated, thanks.

I used the speedtouchconf script and it worked fine for me. Slackware 10.2 (2.613).

Are you sure your using the correct firmware for the modem? I know there are a few version floating around.
