while compiling the ogdi library I have this error

ANy idea how to solve it?

Hi,

Before you compile ogdi, you need to install PROJ.4 library.
Please see http://ogdi.sourceforge.net/build.html

1. The built-in version of PROJ.4 is ancient, and it is generally advised
that current versions of PROJ.4 from http://www.remotesensing.org/proj or a
mirror be used. It should be built and installed before OGDI is built, and
the --with-proj configure switch used to select it.
