Question KDE browser color settings

Can I setup konqueror to display all web pages with dark background and light text, just like in mozilla using the option: "Use my chosen colors, ignoring the colors and background image specified"?

Has the answer to this question changed in the last three years? I've browsed the control center, Konqueror's configure settings, and Google, but I've not yet seen how to make e.g. a nice gentle grey color override the bright white of so many web pages. I think the K project seeks to be disability compliant so I wouldn't be surprised if this feature is somewhere in the system, but where?
