Although, I'll wait awhile before upgrading, I AM looking forward to gcc 4.4.x instead of buggy 4.3.x ... Anyway, I thank everyone working on Slackware as it's basically a labor of love, and it shows!
You'll have to be more specific than "ebook reader." However, you'll probably find a package-building script on SlackBuilds.org (especially if you mean "Adobe Reader").
My four year old would be PI$$ED if you told him he was too young to slack.
My son's been using slackware on my computers since age 3 and my Dad introduced me to slackware in the early 1990s (when I was considerably older than 3).
I think I'll start downloading it today via torrent...And install in VirtualBox, see how it's doing...
