Installing Slackware via Network, need help with dookie

Hey hey hey, I bought a laptop without a cdrom drive, and I was wondering if anyone could hlpe me or direct me to a resource that can show me how to install slackware like normal over a network, also if anyone knows if its possible to format a usb pen drive (on this laptops temporary stock windows) with a slackware iso. I have the ability to boot from a usb drive so that would be fun.

Is no good for me, I need to be able to write the usbboot image to the pen drive on this windows pairtion. Without a cd drive, I cant use say, a slax live cd to issue the commands neccesary to format the pen drive.

Assuming I'm can find out how to do that, can I also have the contents of the slack dvd on the drive? I have enough space on it 2.0, and if thats not enough, I'll get rid of the kde disk sets, as I wont be using kde.
