how to install hardware driver


hi again , ok i bought a wireless card (using slackware 10.0) it wasnt found at boot now that i find the good driver i must install it but , im a noob yes a real noob lol so i need help, ne1 know how to install these driver , plz help me i read some readme file but it dont help and make me more confuse :0
