Help with slackpkg upgrade-all error

Hello friends.

I am fairly new to Slackware despite using it continuously since 13.37. I have encountered this error in a fairly new Slackware 15 setup in a new machine. Multilib is set up. Any help on where I screwed up would be appreciated.

Code:
root@bluesclub:~# slackpkg upgrade-all

FATAL! There is some problem in packages database
or maybe an installation or upgrade in progress:

   gcc-gnat-11.2.0-x86_64-2-upgraded-2022-04-17,16:28:17

If you continue you may corrupt packages database.
       Check or retry later

Normally you should have that kind of filename (with -upgraded-) in /var/lib/pkgtools/packages only while there is an upgrade in progress. You have either interrupted it (with Ctrl-C) or it has stopped for some other reason (disk full?). You can removepkg the package, and then install it again (with multilib you probably want gcc-gnat-11.2.0_multilib-x86_64-2alien.txz), if you want. It's an ada compiler and I don't think you will ever need it...

I had an interruption during unplanned powercut yes. I have removed the package for now. I guess I will install the alienbob's multilib version when I get time. Thank you.
