Harddrives

Ok, I finally finish successfully installing slackware. I am wondering though, how do I set it up so that I can see and use other partitions? Right now, slackware is installed on hdb1. I was wondering, how can I view files from hda1 which is ntsf and has winxp on it.

try making a mountpiont in /mnt

mkdir /mnt/winxp
and try mounting it
mount -t ntfs /dev/hda1 /mnt/winxp

if that works, you can add an entry to your /etc/fstab which will mount it on boot.

/dev/hda1 /mnt/winxp ntfs ro,user 0 0
