gvfs-mtp-volume-monitor does not die after removing android device on 4.14.11
I have a nexus 5x. I usually transfer my files between my android using adb push/pull, but an icon would always appear on my desktop(xfce) through gvfs. After getting the latest kernel updates with the 4.14.11 kernel that icon remains on my desktop after I disconnect my device. If I continue to connect/disconnect the device, it will continue to place new icons on destkop every time. killing the gvfs-mtp-volume-monitor process removes it/them, but I would have to manually kill it every time I connect/disconnect my device. there is always only a single instance of gvfs-mtp-volume-monitor no matter how many icons are on desktop, so I'm not sure if the process should die after every connect/disconnect.
