Hi H_TeXMeX_H,
The answer is YES, if I change the controller mode to AHCI it got detected without any issue.
I changed in the Integrated Peripherals:
___________FROM: TO:
eSata Ctrl [IDE] --> [AHCI]
GSATA 6_7 Crtl Mode [IDE] --> [AHCI]
SATA3 Firmware selection [OnChip] --> [Auto]
But I'm still wondering how can I make it work if I put all the controllers as default: IDE
Now so far it is working and I can detect the HD.
I guess I got better functions with AHCI than the IDE.
Thanks for you replay!!!.
BTW:
If I remember the controllers I saw when doing lspci on the IDE MODE were:
SATA Controller: JMicron Technology Corp. JMB362/JMB363
And the drive being used was: pata_jmicron but it was never detected correctly by the huge.s kernel in Slackware 13.1 x64
