Yes (using Dolphin as an ftp client).

It doesn't work with Firefox. Many (most?) web browsers no longer support ftp as it is considered not secure.

No, but https://slackware.osuosl.org/slackware64-current/ is.

I think ftp is being phased out. But don't quote me on that.

I dont understand what happen to me?
I have this line in a script and every day update my local repo

rsync -avP --delete-after rsync://slackware.uk/slackware/slackware64-current/ ./slackware64-current
today stop working dont connect!

I broke something then in my system ... lftp, vivaldi, falkon nothing work...

edit: falkon just open it after 5 minutes of wait

Works fine for me in lftp.

That wait could result from a DNS resolver problem.

ok I made hotspot my mobile and connect with out issue, its problem of my home internet provider... solved

Seems like packages.slackware.com is having issues, as well. (Yes, I'm aware there are several mirrors one can go to directly.)
