Fonts probs w/ kde 3.2.0

After upgrading to kde 3.2.0 and koffice 1.3 i can't get antialiased fonts anymore (i'm using slackware current). Tried fonts configuration in kcontrol, checked /etc/fonts/fonts.conf and ~/.fonts.conf for antialias disabling, everything seems ok.

Also noticed another font-related pb : xfree86 crashes when opening the font scroll list inside kword 1.3.

with slack, all I do for my system to recongnize my TTF's is copy all the fonts to /usr/X11R6/lib/fonts/TTF/. I restart and they are all recognized.

my TTF's *are* recognized, but they aren't antialiased anymore (like they used to with kde 3.1.5).

Note : this problem seems to affect only kde. Other apps (the gimp, mozilla) do display antialiased fonts.
