Hello,
I have a web server on slackware. I just upgrade to httpd-2.4.26-i586-1 . I tried to restare the service but it wont start anymore. it give me error:
httpd not running, trying to start
(98)Address already in use: AH00072: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443 .

I restarted the server but it give me the same problem.
i run netstat -tnlp | grep :443 or just netstat -tnlp but there is no process using port 443. i didnt edit any .conf files in /etc/httpd

it was a stupid problem .
on httpd.conf i declared at beginning on file Listen 443 and in servername ServerName 192.168.1.2:443
it had worked for 10 years but after the upgrade it gave me the error..so i just comment out "Listen 443"
