dhcpd stopped giving leases


hi guys

2 new guys started work at my office today and when they plugged there 2 xp machines onto the network my dhcpd stoped giving leases , even after a restart ..
this is my conf file

default-lease-time 600;
max-lease-time 7200;
option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
option broadcast-address 192.168.1.255;
option routers 192.168.1.3;
option domain-name-servers 192.168.1.3, 196.28.75.200;
option domain-name "mydoamain.co.za";

subnet 192.168.1.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
range 192.168.1.4 192.168.1.200;
}

wat do I do to get it up and running again ..

Config looks okay for me. What do the logs say?

Has one of the XP machines been set up for Internet sharing? That automatically makes it a DHCP server, and needless to say two DHCP servers won't work in the same segment.

Check advanced properties on dial-up connections, if any.
