DHCPD help!!

I am trying to set-up my DHCPD sever but when I type "dhcpd eth0", it sayes eth0 doesn't exists. When I type "ifconfig" I get eth1 (my internet connection from my cable modem) and lo (which is my loopback). When I do a "ifconfig -a" it lists both devices from before plus eth0 which seems to be uninitialized.

I'm an idiot, I had eth0 IP setup in the rc.inet1 file to 127.0.0.1. When I changed it to 192.168.0.1 then everything worked fine. Sorry..

Well, I found out that all I needed was to set-up IP-MASQUERADING. I used the resource: http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~dranch...-examples.html

It works fine now...

I'm surprised noone had a lead for me, seems simple now.
