Conty container unstable when running steam on Nvidia RTX 3070 mobile

I've been attempting to get steam running through a Conty container and am running into an issue when. Conty seems to be working fine since I can run other programs, including programs that use Nvidia Optimus such as "vkcube" and "glxgears." However, when I run steam through Conty it runs for a few minutes then eventually hangs and drops. Sometimes it will hang bad enough to where I need to do a hard reboot. I've been checking logs and wondering if anyone has come across this or if I've stumbled on to something new. I will post pertinent information below. If someone wants to give me a hand troubleshooting I'd love to get your thoughts. Tnx

This is most likely a driver bug. Hardware issues (for example, overheating) may also cause this, from what i've heard.

You can try older kernel and/or videodriver versions. You can also try to run Steam itself on your integrated GPU and only use your discrete GPU for games.

I appreciate the guidance. I went ahead and made the adjustment so that I am running steam on the integrated GPU and using the discrete GPU for games. Things are still somewhat unstable when the games are running (drops and freezes) but at least I can get the steam app to run without issue.
