Cisco VPN access from Slackware
Hello
I currently work for a company that is using Cisco firewalls. We (the IT Department) use the Cisco VPN sofware (windows) to connect into our network. Does anyone know of vpn client that allows access via a cisco pix?
PPTP Client is a Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD client for the proprietary Microsoft Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol, PPTP. Allows connection to a PPTP based Virtual Private Network (VPN) as used by employers and some cable and ADSL internet service providers.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll give this a go this weekend and see how I get on. I'm slowly getting back to the stage where I can do most things now on Linux and not be tied down to my Windows system (which helps when I need to do support calls while I'm at home). I have to say that purchasing my Zoom X3 router has been the best purchase for my system yet! No more headaches getting either of my two adsl modems to work (pci & usb).
