building sgmltools and Slackware 10

Hi, All
Exuse me, but I badly known English..
Don't understand how build sgmltools use Patrik's script in the
Slackware 10 (../source/ap/sgmltools/sgml-tools.build)

I see next message when run it:
##
..
configure: warning: build_alias=i686-rpm-linux-gnu: invalid host type
configure: warning: host_alias=i686-rpm-linux-gnu: invalid host type
configure: error: can only configure for one host and one target at a time
configure: error: /bin/sh './configure' failed for entity-map..
##
I understand what is "host_alias=i686-rpm-linux", but "-gnu"...
What want it?

Maybe an idea, try :
export CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"

Before execute sgml-tools.build

Great thanks.
But result is similar...
Are You about %architecture% ?
I made it before postings here.
Replace "i386" to "i686" in the "..source/ap/rpm/rpm.SlackBuild:49" before compilng
rpm.
"not that"
Comment all lines in the /usr/lib/rpm/%architecture%/macros's
where is "-gnu" in lines too. Is similarly..

Need simply understanding, why is swearing to "ix86"-rpm-linux-"xxx" variable

From gcc -v : ... --host=i486-slackware-linux ...

Did you compile gcc ? If not, I would try to use the default slackware rpm package

Yes
gcc-3.3.4
autoconf, automake, glibc, linux, udev, binutils, util-linux etc, too. All except "x", "xap", "kde", "gnome" ant half "n". tcpip (net-tools) "rebuild" now.. ))

I just check Patrik's built quality)) (about his scripts ../sorce/packges/xxx.Slackbuild) and Me very curiously enough all
it is likely that is My "simplicity", but I don't see other variants "so far"
