After update of BigBlueButton can't get it working on slackware.
It loading modules, but do not enter meeting correctly. No audio, no windows from meeting.
I tried firefox, chrome. Try reinstall slackware from current. The problem still exists.

Do you want it to be client or host? What went wrong? Where's the exact error?
I use only client to BBB. So, I do not see any errors. BBB just stop loading and do not enter meeting.
See screenshot attached.

BigBlueButton use Java. Ensure you have some JDK or JRE installed
No, BBB use java only for desktop sharing.
The previouse version of BBB (1.1 I think) was worked fine. Something happend with current version and it seems it is special to slackware distribution. I have 3 PCs with slackware current installed at different timestamp last year. All have the same symptoms.
BUT, it works in Slackware 14.2, which is the latest stable release ?
The Slackware-current is the very development tree of Slackware, not a kind of rolling release.
So, you should use -current only for playing with, assuming yourself the role for beta-tester, then when you find a bug, to report back to the Slackware Team.
Definitively, using the -current for corporate things is not something which would be recommended.

I think you got it wrong: I installed a version of jdk with the mozilla plugin and BBB works fine, I tested it using seamonkey (because I'm using noscript in firefox and BBB doesn't like it).
before installing the java plugin I had the exact same situation of your screenshot (stuck at "loading").

Now, I tried install ubuntu 16.04.3 with firefox inside VirtualBox, and BBB works.
it might be because there you have enabled the java plugin: you can check it entering "about:plugins" in firefox's location bar.
