Any way of getting the official slackbook to read offline?

I'm not online yet in linux, and I'd like to be able to read the book while I'm in there so I don't have to keep rebooting to try things out. I think wget would work under linux, is there anything you can think of under windows? Or if there are any places that have the whole book zipped or something that'd be great. I tried Teleport Pro but it didn't seem to work...
