LIBGL_DRIVERS_DIR shouldn't exist in the nvidia GL library. The library shouldn't even be checking for that variable, so you are almost certainly still using mesa.

That that confirms that you are using mesa. libdrm is not used by the nvidia driver.

If you want to use the nvidia driver, then yes.
