Amarok Bugfix

I just noticed that this bug is now fixed:

Re: Artist Wikipedia Tab Doesn't Work After Upgrade to 1.4 @

As this effects the Amarok that comes with Slackware I thought it appropriate to mention it here.

The last post in the page:

"Another release of the 1.4 series is not planned."

If version 1.4.11 is released nonetheless, Pat likely will issue a patch. He seems to issue patches for all the Amarok releases.

I was hoping whover maintains the kde packages could patch Amarok 1.4, this is a real killer for Amarok and the source of many compliants.

Have you tried patching Amarok and rebuilding it using the source and scripts Pat provides?

It works perfectly, realise you need the complete kde source directory as is for the build script to complete.
