alsa sound problem after upgrade

Hey guys i recently installed swaret and upgraded my slack installation and it went pretty well except now i get a bunch of white noise out of my speakers when its done laoding and goes into the login prompt. I tried reinstalling asla but it didnt help i can still hear sounds but thier very low and the white noise is constant . What can i do to solve of this problem?

As root, run:
alsaconf --> let the program detect and set up your card
alsamixer --> to increase your volume
alsactl store --> to store the settings.

Ok so i found out what it was, after the upgrade i had to scroll to the side and mute some usless sound options in alsamixer.
