Okular: Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (5.15.12) with this library (5.15.13)
Since sizeable KDE/Plasma package upgrades rely on Qt would it be smoother to have the upgrade to Qt available at the same time KDE/Plasma packages are available?

Right, but it's the same for all KDE softwares
Fortunately, those softwares doesn't need to be recompiled each time QT is patched
Are you sure you have only 1 version of QT installed?
The error message was misleading to me.
Doesn't appear to be a qt5 library upgrade issue per se.
Hope this helps someone else who happens to run into the same error message and has qt5 styleplugins installed.
