14.2 stable, post 14.2 current pulseAudio; Enlightenment;PA not restarting.

I've pretty much tried everything I can think of, get off the net to try and fix this. autospawn=yes is default set in client.conf I even added that line to pulseaudo.desktop in /etc/xdg/autostart. Modded my default.pa adding these two line at the bottom.
Code:
### Make some devices default
#set-default-sink output
#set-default-source input
set-default-source alsa_output.pci-0000_01_00.1.hdmi-stereo.monitor
set-default-sink alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo
to check this I just change a theme, E restarts, then I get that message from pulse, included in this post.

Slack does not run the server, the slack wiki is pre-14.2 on matters of pulse. this is taking place in stable, and current, just updated today before this posting, current.
pulseaudio --kill
start-pulseaudio-x11
Code:
$ ./restartpa
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Failed to kill daemon: No such process
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Daemon startup failed.
is what I am getting after it fails.
