Among all these issues causing the smoke out of our ears, let's spend 5 mins in this little competition (it absolutely rocks, trust me...).

Does anybody have any idea why do I see that message while trying to access the site?

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /pingvin.htm on this server.

Apache/1.3.27 Server at www.1337-face.dk Port 80"

Either a matter of IP class denial or (very NOT likely) a matter of web server overload?
