There was a CorelDraw for Linux when they launched Corel Linux (now Xandros) which was a Debian derivative. I have a copy but unfortunately the libraries it uses are no longer compatible and it also used Wine.

i have no experience with Corel Draw but I think that what you're looking is a program like Sodipodi.

Gimp for graphics.. Blender for 3D graphics.. I don't think there are any others that compare currently.. and Corel Draw blows.. I hated it even in the Windows world, was the most un-user-friendly program I ever had to use.. or tried for that matter. I'd rather use Photoshop or Adobe products before Corel's products.. probably why they have almost gone bankrupt and are struggling most of the time..
