new noatun from kde 3.4 crashes

Noatun 2.8 from KDE 3.4 from the latest Slackware-current update crashes with signal 11 when try to start playing audio streams through http-proxy. Previous version did worked without problems.

Code:
somebody@darkstar:~$ noatun --nofork http://radioakropolis.cz:8000/mid.ogg.m3u
noatun: WARNING: TitleProxy error: Unable to connect to this stream server. Can't play the stream!
KCrash: Application 'noatun' crashing...
somebody@darkstar:~$
Connection through proxy works ok from other KDE apps like Konqueror.

Can anybody else confirm this (sad) behaviour ?

Thx

Noatum just locks up and stops responding when I try to open the link. But Realplayer(what came up defualt) & Totem work fine.
