Wicd templates file is not shown

I used Slackware 13.1
I created a template file named "purdue" and saved the file in /etc/wicd/encryption/templates/
I put the name of the network (listed in the file "purdue") at the end of the file named active in /etc/wicd/encryption/templates/

I started WiCD, choose the network, then click on "Property" of that network, then, I checked on the box "Use Encryption", but on the drop down list, I don't see the network that I chose. Previously on Slackware 13.0, this always the case.

Am I missing anything?
