Red Hat 7.3 Update

I have a Red Hat 7.3 and the update program canīt get access to the Red Hat Network, it returns SSL error. How do I fix that?

you use a distribution that is still supported. 7.3 is 6 years old now. i would *very* strongly suggest you reinstalled with a modern distribution. you can try fedoralegacy.org for updates but even they are dropping it soon i think.

I agree with you but the workstation with this distro is a workstation for development and thera are several software compiled and configured to this distro. Thatīs why I have to update this workstation.

FedoraLegacy folded because nobody was interested in contributing, so no more updates there. Start by finding out what exactly the development dependencies are. Test the dependencies equivalent on newer O.S. releases. If it won't stick then you could also preserve and run your RHL-7.3 inside a QEMU, VMWare or Xen container. Be aware that if you don't upgrade commonly available dependencies you may put customers (if any) at risk too if the current version of the deps fixes flaws. Besides that IMNSHO no RHL-7.3 should be connected to the 'net unless you know how to keep it from harm.
