BASH disorder after glibc upgrade

It comes out "bash: child setpgid (...): No such process" every command I type in terminal after I upgraded my glibc to 2.3.4 .
And systerm logger failes whenever I boot my computer.
I do not know how to fix it. It really boring as a lot of settings are disordered.

Since you posted the exact same message in the Redhat forum, I'll assume you're using Redhat. How did you upgrade glibc? What steps did you follow? I think more information would help find a solution faster.
