lost GUI after removed gtk2. in fedora 20

I ran the below command.. yum remove gtk2 Now i lost gui in fedora 20 only black screen for login!
Tried - yum install gtk2 It shows alredy instled and have latest version!

The problem started when i try to install gtk+3.12 then for folders filnames all letter in my system are seems to b rectangular box. So i unfortunately tried - yum remove gtk2 Now how can i get back gui?

I tried -yum history undo number

But it shows: error: no package available to install.please help me.my poi project is in this pc

Try reinstall for gtk2.

Last time I experienced boxes for all characters,
the fix was to reinstall pango.

fedora uses both gtk3
and gtk2

gtk2 is used for the gnome desktop

but
you never answered HOW you installed a second and different version of gtk3

if it was the source then it can NOT be mixed with the default installed rpm of gtk3

at this point i would reinstall fedora 20
