no hdlists found for Mandriva 2006

i tryed to install mandriva 2006 from a CD and i had just got done partitioning my blank hard drive and when it trys to install it it says no hdlists found, so is there any way i can fix this? do i have to install hdlists or something? i have ML 2005 LE and that installed fine on the same hard drive

ahhhhh facing the same problem myself! I hope someone knows the answer to this. No wonder they say Linux was always looked at as the more advanced system for hackers... Just installing it turns you into a computer genius over the weeks it takes you to figure out how to. Then after that just using your everday programs will pretty having you programming your own to work better haha. hey thats why im here. can never learn too much.

There could be a problem with the isos. Check the md5sums and make sure they match those on the Mandriva mirrors.
