Sorry, Sorry...the error was in image(usbboot.img) from USB stick! Was using the Slackware14.0 and not Slackware64-14.0.

Don't quite understand your problem. Or at least your last question...
Which iso did you download?

For the network options, you'll need to have a network card that's supported by one of the installer's modules, and preferably a DHCP server running to make the network setup easy. The network install options are to use as your source an NFS server, an FTP server, or an HTTP server (along with an optional port). If you use DHCP to set up, odds are you'll have working name resolution and won't need to enter an IP address to specify the server (but you can if you wish, of course).
The network installation feature is intended primarily to facilitate installing to many machines on a local network. Please don't use it to bog down the Slackware mirror sites.

You should be using a local network as stated above. Easily done by downloading the ISO of choice then mount that image either locally or on your network server. Less chance of errors or loading a mirror.
You should look at Slackware Doc Project to get some helpful and useful information. SlackDoc is very helpful, along with the provided Slackware documentation you should be able to achieve the install.

I've installed countless times from remote server and most of the times I had no problems.

Hi all!
The problem was the image of the pen drive, I was trying to install Slackware64 with 32bit image. So I put the image 64bit and it worked.

Just stated it is not a good practice as mentioned in the Slackware HOWTO. Courtesy & less chance of errors when using a local network.
