localhost login problems

After installing redhat, I get to the localhost login screen, instead of simply continuing on to the configuration likeit should it stays on that screen, flickers a bit, then comes up with a box that simple has the option, yes or no, and neither option allow me to continue. I've tried setting up with my onboard card and my nvidia card but neither work, I'm not sure what's wrong with it
