I've one RHEL-5.9 server and added one RHEL-6.4 server repository with RHEL-5.9 server but when I'm trying to install or upgrade any package. I'm getting below error.
[root@localhost mnt]# yum list all
Loaded plugins: product-id, security, subscription-manager
This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register. rhel/primary_db | 2.5 MB 00:00

This makes it kinda hard to get updates/packages etc. It also makes me wonder if you are paying for RHEL (if you don't or don't want to: Use CentOS or Scientific Linux instead).

You are trying to mix and match 2 totally different RHEL versions (5.9 vs 6.4).

Any Idea please help.
Well, you've been told SEVERAL times in other threads that you need to PAY FOR RED HAT ENTERPRISE, but you obviously haven't. If you want to use RHEL and get access to online repositories, you need to PAY FOR IT...there is no way 'around' it. Otherwise, use CentOS, which is nearly identical, but FREE.
And as druuna pointed out, you're using 5.9, so 6.4 packages/dependencies are going to be different, if they work AT ALL. So, as has been explained to you before:
PAY FOR Red Hat, and you get access to their repositories, which makes your problem go away
Load CentOS, and get access to the FREE repositories.
