script/code for "enter root password or Contrl-D to continue" after FS repair at boot

I would like to at least let this question timeout, or just let it be disabled entirely for when booting without a keyboard. Where is the script or what ever it is that does this?

Of course if this is configurable now and I just don't realize it, even better!
