Unable to login as root

I have just installed Fedora 13 but unable to login through root though users can login. What is the issue?

no issue ,that is NOT a bug
BUT a security measure added back in fedora 11 ( fedora 9 & 10 had warnings )
and is VERY VERY VERY WELL documented .( I take it you have not read the fedora documentation )

DO NOT login as root into a GUI !!!!!!!!!!

there is a hack BUT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! and has some very bad "unexpected consequences " if used . -- do NOT use it .
