StartUp problem

I am a newbie in the linux world. sorry if this topic was already been discussed.

i am trying to run sybase sql anywhere studio v9, and everytime i try to run the engine and its component softwares i have to type this:
"export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/sybase/SYBSsa9/lib" what should i do to include this command in the startup process and can be seen or can be set in the env? i always try to echo the $LD_LIBRARY_PATH to check if the path is set in the env.

tnx so much.

export problem

hi,

just add the "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt....." line

to the /etc/profile. that will do the job... u don't have to do it everytime.
