Arrow SendMail problem

Hello!
I have using sendmail 8.13.3 as Mail Server.
I have an interface card eth0 with 2 IP.
One is mydomain IP
One is the provider's transport IP
When I send an email to anybody the server open an TCP connection trought the transport IP.This is in the dnsbl list.
Can I make something to send the emails trought the other IP which is not blocked because I have no reverse for the transport IP
Thanks a lot
