SCSI disk full - want to add for the same mount point


Hi Gurus
I have Redhat 2.1 AS .
I got RAID 5
There is 1 mount point /apps ---/dev/cc0d0p1 is 100% ..I tried to remove logs ..df -h showing used 120 GB Avail 125 GB ..but it is showing 100% ...what is the reason .
I want to add scsi disk space to this mount point
Any idea
pls guide me
