Smile RHEL5 installation error: no device found to create new filesystem.


Trying to install RHEL5 and its giving me an error. which is no valid devices were found on which to create new file system

is it a virtual machine or physical machine?

at whcih stage you get this error?

It seems install media is unable to look for HDD so make sure hard disk is attached properly
