RHAT network

I logged on to the Red Hat Network and looked at the details of my system. I hit install package. I picked one that was not installed on my system. Then I hit the confirm button. A few minutes later, I logged on to my system and ran up2date. The new package was not installed.

What I am missing here?

I ended up downloading the RPM and manually installing it. Is there a command line switch or something to tell RPM to download and search for a latest package from redhat.com?

When I run up2date, it lists the packages required, but it doesn't check them (as in check mark). At the risk of being obvious, did you check them? (with said mark)

I checked and confirmed the packages I wanted installed in the Red Hat Network section of redhat.com.
